Workout Help #3
Nothing is really confusing on this workout except the Left Superman Punch. Ok, truth time, I made this little thing up. I haven’t seen it anywhere, and I just thought it might be good to try. From the “Instructions”:
This is a punch where you act like you’re going to throw the right Superman, but you then convert it to a left Superman. When you first try it, it will be really awkward and you might feel (and look) like a dork. But after you’ve done it 10 times or so, you’ll start to get the hang of it. Its fun. (If you don’t like it, you’ll only see it once every 12 workouts anyway, so don’t worry. Or – you’ve got the files – delete it and put in something else!)
